I spent much of my life feeling unworthy, less than, and unloved. Some of those beliefs came from comparison, some from people saying them to me and others from people not validating my value (which fed my beliefs of not being valuable).
I lived my life believing those lies and labels and lived FROM those thoughts, which kept me stuck in a repeat pattern of unhealthy living and abuse.
I wore those labels, as though they were truth, for so long, and then I realized I could actually question those thoughts and challenge them. Is this label true? Does it serve me to think about it? What does God say about that? I discovered that most of them were untrue. Now I live as my authentic self and learned how to love me, even if other people don't see my worth. God gets to define my worth, and I learned how to let other's thoughts go. Now, it's my mission and desire to help other's break free from the lies that are keeping them stuck too.
